As a biological concept, an animal, or human is one who has fully grown. In the context of human beings, the term "adult" could mean anything that is related to legal or social concepts. Legal adults are those who has reached the age of adulthood and is considered to be an independent, self-sufficient person and accountable. Sometimes referred to as "majors", they can also be said as having reached the age of adulthood. There is a general belief that the minimum age that a person becomes a legal adult is 18. But, it can be different based on rights under the law and the country of origin and also on the psychological state.

When we reach the beginning of our adulthood, we're physically and mentally at the peak.
